A&B Scotland Awards 2008

The 2008 Arts & Business Scotland Awards winners were announced on the 21 October at a ceremony hosted by broadcaster Janice Forsyth in the Music Hall, Aberdeen. The Awards celebrated the most outstanding and creative partnerships between businesses and arts organisations in Scotland. Forty-four partnerships were short listed across nine categories.

The Awards, now in their twenty second year, were held for the first time outside the Central Belt. Over three hundred guests from the world of business, arts and media enjoyed spectacular entertainment from aerial artists All or Nothing and traditional music big band Ceol Mor.

Winners were presented with a specially commissioned Award piece created in Aberdeen by artist Geoffrey Mann.
